A film is going to be produced based on Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasrin’s one of Novels in Kolkata. Taslima Nasreen published a novel named Nimontron (Invitation) in 1993. Young Kolkata director Sourav Dey is going to make film on that novel. The screen play of the film is being written now and this is being done by the director himself. But he wants to change the finishing of that novel a little bit. Sourav has already taken permission from Taslima Nasreen to change this novel.
This novel is written on a girl named Neela who comes from a lower middle class family. Once she got raped by her lover. Kolkata actress Rupa Bhattacharya has been selected to act in Neela character. Rupa has already read ‘Nimontron’ novel 15 times to understand the character clearly. She said that she is very happy to act in such a character.
