– On page 200 of the same book, Abu Sayeed Chowdhury was addressed as the Chief Justice of the country when he was presiding over the swearing-in ceremony of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on January 12, 1972. – On page 202, an additional paragraph was added after the first paragraph under the heading ‘Background of the 1972 Constitution’ – Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s ideological position was reflected in the framing of the Constitution. Bangabandhu provided overall guidance in the making of the constitution. He actively issued instructions to the constitution committee on fundamental issues.
