On the complaint, a criminal case was registered under sections 4, 7, 8, 117, 234 of the Labor Act.
On October 12, the labor court had granted bail to the four accused.
Later on 7 December, Professor Yunus filed a petition in the High Court seeking to quash the case.
On 12 December, the High Court stayed the process of a case for six months.
On August 17 last year, the High Court (HC) had dismissed a plea to quash the case.
Later Prof Yunus filed leave to appeal against the decision of the High Court.
