At the same time, the court has fixed May 2 for the hearing to frame charges.
Earlier, Dr. Yunus appeared in the court today at 12:50 pm on Tuesday.
The renowned economist told the media, “If we look at ourselves, do we see that we are capable of playing our respective roles? Are we able to do what we wanted to do? How will we protest if we can't do that? How can we make ourselves heard by others? We find a way to get other people to listen to us. There is no other way.”
Saying that we all build this country, Grameen Bank Founder Muhammad Yunus said, “This is the month of Ramzan. Let us pray to Allah so that we can get relief from troubles. We are facing many types of crises. Personally, I am also facing various types of crises. My colleagues are also facing many crises and so is the country. Please pray to get rid of it.”
