India won by 29 runs against Pakistan yesterday (Wednesday). This is for the 5th time India won against Pakistan for the chase of the world cup. Yesterday, India made260 runs for 9. Pakistan scored 231 runs and all out at 49 over 5 balls.
It was Sachin Tendulkar who led the Indian team to a lofty position. He was very lucky. He passed as not-out twice in narrow escapes.
With a target of 261 Pakistan could not reach their goal due to bating failure. Though 7 bats man could reach 2 digits, no one could made good runs except Mohammad Hafij
