We have volunteer groups under the cyclone response program in our country, who are trained to carry out rescue operations when a cyclone hits the country. They are elected from among the common people. The government arranges for their training. Similar training was once given to volunteers in the city. But most of those volunteers are now quite old. Therefore, we have to connect the youth of today with the programme. We have to train them and prepare them.
