At least three passengers were killed when an autorickshaw collided with a bus in Chandpur’s Sadar Upazila.
Another passenger was injured in the accident which happened at Ghosherhat on the Chandpur-Kamila highway at around 7.30 am, said Muhammad Abdur Rasheed, chief of Chandpur Model Police Station.
The deceased have been identified as Habib Bepari, 24, resident of Dholaitoli village in Matlab Upazila, Mehboob Prodhania, 50, of Borodia Arong Bazar and Nesar Havaldar of Gobindiya village.
Mohammad Zahid Hussain (22) was injured in the accident.
