Ruman said, not only in his office, the Prime Minister also directed the officials concerned to switch off half the lights and increase the temperature of the AC in the Cabinet meeting room after entering the room for the Cabinet meeting.

Building No. 1 in the Secretariat houses the Prime Minister’s Office as well as the Cabinet Division and several other departments under the Prime Minister.

The Additional Press Secretary said that following the Prime Minister’s instructions, half the lights were immediately switched off and the AC level was reduced in all the rooms of his office.
