He was severely injured and was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where he was declared dead. Deceased Mustak was assistant plumber of secretariat.

Ensuring road safety is a long standing demand in Bangladesh. Bangladesh has much more registered vehicles than licensed drivers. That means so many vehicles are driven by unskilled drivers. Moreover vehicle fitness is another concern. Many drivers are addicted to drugs and drive recklessly. In the year 2018, school students of the capital started a demonstration demanding the implementation of road safety laws. They also demanded some amendments to ensure proper punishments.
That student protest rocked the nation and proved many government appointed drivers don’t have proper driving license.
