In a second message minutes later, Trump said that “very soon, you will see the oil flowing, with or without Iran’s help.”
The US leader accused Tehran of doing “a very poor, some would say, disgraceful job of allowing oil to go through the Strait of Hormuz” in a flurry of social media posts.
“This is not the agreement we have between us!” Trump added.
Only 10 ships have passed through the Strait of Hormuz since the Middle East war ceasefire came into force, according to maritime tracking data seen on Thursday.
