Ansar Ali, assistant sub-inspector of Banpara Highway police station, said the incident occurred when Manan was going to Rajapur market on a motorcycle from Garmati in the upazila along with his friend Abir at around 9.30 pm on Wednesday night.
Highway police recovered the bodies and took them to the police station. He told that both were students.
The police officer said that after the incident the family members took away the body.
