Under the rules of functioning of the Prime Minister, Ziauddin Haider has been appointed as Special Assistant and assigned duties.
Meanwhile, Saim Parvez has been appointed on a one-year contract.
Earlier, on April 2, four special assistants to Prime Minister Tariq Rahman were appointed.
Two of them were given the status of Minister of State, one was given the status of Secretary and the other was given the status of Grade-2 officer.
