Jatiya Party (Japa) President and Deputy Leader of the Opposition in Parliament GM Quader has warned the people that they may have to live the life of slaves if the present regime continues.
“People have lost the sense of ownership over the country and have turned into a kind of slaves. “A lathiyal vahini (thugs armed with sticks) has been formed with beneficiaries to manage the slaves,” he told a party meeting in Dhaka on Thursday.
