Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Qadir today said communalism and extremism still hinder Bangladesh’s progress.
“Today we have achieved so much prosperity, achievements and development; Even now communalism and extremism are hindering our progress and development. Communalism has flourished under the leadership of BNP. This is hindering our development and achievements,” Obaidul Quader said after laying a wreath at the national memorial on the outskirts of the capital on the occasion of the 53rd Victory Day.
