BNP standing committee member Ameer Khasru Mahmood Chowdhury has accused Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of adopting double standards, saying she is advocating against traveling to the United States at a time when she herself is living there.
Addressing a discussion at the Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU), the BNP leader asked, “After addressing the UN programme, leaders of other states returned to their homes (respective countries), why is she (Sheikh Hasina) still there?” Is doing?” on Saturday.
The discussion was organized by DUCSU, the contemporary all-party student union of the 90s, along with other student leaders, in protest against the case and conviction of BNP Vice President Aman Ullah Aman.
