Editor’s Column: England versus West Indies match has become a tri nation war in the present perspective. If West Indies wins in that match, Bangladesh will go through to quarter final before playing against South Africa. If England wins in that match, Bangladesh has to beat strong South Africa which would be a mounting task for them. If England wins the match, they will surely go to the quarter final. But West Indies has to pray for South Africa match against Bangladesh. If Bangladesh wins that match, West Indies will be out of the tournament. So, group B is standing in a great uncertainty. Only India and South Africa have ensured the place for Quarter final. England, West Indies and Bangladesh are struggling to manage a ticket for quarter final. All damage and uncertainty are created by England. Because, England was beaten against Ireland and Bangladesh unexpectedly. Bangladesh beat England almost as a challenge to keep the hope. Bangladesh was all out by 58 runs just before a week against West Indies. Whole Bangladesh was disappointed by the accidental performance of tigers. But Shakib’s troop kept the tournament alive by beating England in a fascinating cricket match. Now, whole Bangladesh is hoping to see West Indies beating England. They knows well that, beating South Africa is never been a simple task. It is expected that whole Bangladeshi cricket team as well as whole Bengali nation would wait for the big occasion of very important match between England and West Indies. Whole Bangladesh will become West Indian supporter for at least one day. Whole Bangladesh will celebrate West Indian win as they celebrate Bangladesh’s win.
