Obaidul Qadir, general secretary of the ruling Bangladesh Awami League, failed to understand the reason for the “headache” of powerful countries over the upcoming parliamentary elections in Bangladesh.
“This year elections are being held in around 20-22 countries. But no one is saying anything about his election or internal matters. The presidential candidate has been murdered in Ecuador. But big and powerful countries are not talking about it. I don’t understand what is causing their headache about our country,” the AL leader said.
