Zampa then destroyed the middle order and took 3 wickets for 18 runs in his four overs. He trapped stand-in captain Tauheed Hridoy for 8 runs with a sharp googly and later dismissed the struggling Soumya Sarkar for 17 runs.
Zampa completed his spell with his 150th T20I wicket when holed out by Shoriful Islam at long-off.
Debutant Joel Davis, the left-handed orthodox, enjoyed a dream debut in international cricket and turned the match with figures of 3 for 17.
Davis struck twice in succession to dismiss wicketkeeper Parvez Hussain Emon (10) and debutant Abdul Ghaffar Saqlain (10). Fellow debutant Nikhil Chaudhary also joined the party with the wicket of Rishad Hussain.
