The high court bench of Justice KM Kamrul Kader and Justice Khizir Hayat passed the order along with a ruling while hearing a writ petition on Sunday.
He put on hold the decision to operate schools during Ramzan for two months.
The Education Ministry said in a notification on February 8 that secondary schools will remain open for the first 15 days of Ramadan. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education directed primary schools to prepare to conduct classes during the first 10 days of Ramadan.
