Firefighters were seen entering the residential building after the fire was doused around 11 pm. At that time smoke was coming out of the building. Rescue workers said that many people are still trapped in the blaze-ravaged building.
Eyewitnesses said they saw several people jumping from the building after the fire broke out.
Fire service and civil defense officials said they rescued 13 people, including 8 women, 4 men and a child, from the 10th floor of the building.
