Jamuna Future Park will be broken: permission of high court: High court has denied the appeal of Jamuna Future Park. A bench of 6 lawyers has given this decision in 11th of February, 2010. According to the high court’s decision, there is no obstacle remaining to break down the no permitted part of Jamuna Future Park. Jamuna Future park would be the biggest shopping centre of Bangladesh and one of the biggest three shopping market of the world. Earlier RAJUK sent a notice to uproot the illegal part of the building in 13th January 2010. But Jamuna Future Park challenged the notice and made an appeal to high court. Finally Jamuna Future group lost in the legal fight.
