In case of extreme cold, like the secondary schools of the country, primary schools will also remain closed.
In a separate order issued on Tuesday, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education said primary schools will remain closed in districts where the highest temperature falls below 10 degrees Celsius.
It has been said in the order that severe cold wave is going on in various districts of the country. Due to this, the regular educational activities of the students are getting disrupted a lot. For this reason, depending on the severity of cold at the local level, educational activities of primary schools may be declared closed in districts where the highest temperature falls below 10 degrees Celsius.
