Finance Minister AMA Muhith is going to publish the probe report on the recent stock market scam today (Saturday afternoon.)
The minister may release the report at a press conference at 6:00pm at the ministry.
The finance minister may also disclose government plans about the stock market during the press conference.
Earlier, the probe committee submitted its 320-page report to the finance minister on April 7; the probe committee was formed on 25 January. It was a four-member committee headed by Khondkar Ibrahim Khaled.
The probe body made a number of recommendations. They also cited 15 case studies as proof of extensive market manipulation.
The manipulation was in both primary and secondary market.
According to the probe committee SEC, DSE, and auditors are found guilty that made the market volatile.
