Teletalk brings 3G modem

teletalk-3g-mobileState owned mobile phone operator Teletalk started its 3G (third generation) service more than two months ago. Bangladeshi mobile phone operators provide 2G service. Teletalk became the first operator to bring 3G service in Bangladesh.

Other operators will get 3G license after a auction very soon. 3G technology gives much faster internet service than 2G , it also enables voice call.

Teletalk 3G internet service is already available. Now Teletalk 3G modem is also available in Teletalk customer care centers in the capital. This is a plug and play device and up to 4 Mbps speed is available with this modem.

This 3G modem including a 3G sim costs two thousand and five hundred taka. 10GB free data is available with prepaid connection and 12GB free data is available with post paid connection.

Teletalk is planning to provide 3G service in Chittagong and Sylhet from next February.
