Two Bangladeshis abducted by BSF

borderTwo Bangladeshis are abducted by BSF again. They are Latif Mian son of Sadeq Ali and Shahidul Islam son of Idul Mian. They are cattle traders of Lalmonirhat district. On the early morning of Saturday they went to 4S sub pillar of 865 main pillar of Somsher Nagar border to bring cattle. Then BSF abducted them from there. After getting the information Bangladeshi border guard BDR contacted with their Indian counterpart, but BSF submitted them to Indian court. On fifth of March another Bangladeshi was abducted by BSF, he was also submitted to Indian court.

According to Hindu belief cow is a holy animal and they don’t like slaughtering cow. Hindu Zamindars prohibited cow slaughtering in Bengal during nineteenth century and in the first quarter of twentieth century.

Bangladeshi border guards have concern on arms, drug and human trafficking. But BSF is more concerned with cattle trading and India is not legalizing cattle trading.
