The Appellate Division has rejected the Jamaat’s appeal against the High Court order declaring the registration of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami illegal.
The Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan passed the order on Sunday as no lawyer appeared for the petitioner.
