The gallery space is open to the public from July 28 to August 8. There will be performances, songs, discussions and adda (debates). Visiting hours are 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm daily.
The participating artists in this exhibition are: Faiza Firoz Rimjhim, Antora Mehrukh Azad, Afsana Sharmin Zumpa, Farzana Ahmed Urmi, Inan Anjum Sibun, Alia Kamal, Jordan Aswad, Sumana Akhtar, Bipasha Hayat, Akramul Hijra, Momi Chowdhary, Irene Khan, Mehbooba Mehjabeen Hasan, Russell Rana, Farah Naz Moon, Tehmina Shelly, Taira Farhana Tariq, and Mondrilla Modhurima.
Farzana Ahmed Urmi believes that no one can claim a piece of land; No land belongs to any individual or nation. The concept of land is only symbolic. No one can have ownership rights on this land. No state will be formed. It will only exist in documents created by adding lines on paper. The true essence is beyond the individual. It all starts with the intangible – smell, light, air, breath.
