After this he joined the Press Information Department (PID). After retiring from government duties, he returned to journalism. After The Daily Ishaan, he joined the English daily The People’s View as a consulting editor.
Notable among his many books are several stories and essays, including ‘Mara Gange Dub Satar’ and ‘Khoma Koro Sharifar Ma’.
