Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) is going to organize their annual housing fair at BangaBandhu International Conference Center. This fair will start from 2nd January and end on 6th January. Fair will open at 10 am and end at 8 pm every day except the inaugural day, fair will open at 11 am in the inaugural day. Ticket price will be fifty taka. But special ticket with three day entrance will cost one hundred taka.
There will be two hundred stalls. But there will be no RAJUK stall. Every year RAJUK plays an important role to identify fraud developers. There are allegations that REHAB is not sincere enough to identify frauds and unauthorized housing projects.
But REHAB says, they will do the monitoring work and RAJUK is not allowed. But RAJUK says, they will not have any stall to provide authentic information to the consumers but their inspection team and mobile court will monitor the fair.
