Which time is safer for the pedestrians? When road is almost vacant? What do you think? I don’t know what will be your answer. But the probability will say when there are few vehicles there is little chance of road accident.
But ironically it is not true in the city. When road is vacant, drivers drive too fast, and their reckless drive kills pedestrians. These types of shocking accidents are so common. Even you may be killed in a road accident if you are in morning walk.
