We need to read before any exam. But how much we should read? Meany of us read the whole day and even till to the late night before the exam. Students fear that they will forget what they have learned, so they the revise those again and again.
Now some researchers in India are saying that enough sleep is required for students at the night before exam. Otherwise they may forget what they have learned. Even revision at late night is harmful. The researchers conducted an experiment on rats. They took two groups of rats, one of those was allowed to have proper sleep and other groups slept for less than six hours. At the end it was found that those rats had proper sleep were most successful in showing what they have learned a day ago.
Another experiment was conducted on some students in United States. It was found that a good sleep is very helpful after learning something.
