In her childhood, she used to go shooting with her mother after school. His mother, actress Parveen Sultana Diti will introduce him to all the cast and crew. You can say that she actually grew up watching shooting. This is how little Lamia Chaudhary developed a love for creative work.
That love increased with age. At one time he had shared his choice with his mother Diti. But, Diti did not want her daughter to enter showbiz. Out of love for her mother, Lamia is now about to start working as a film director with a heavy heart.
About a decade and a half ago, Lamia had told her mother that she wanted to work behind the camera. Diti did not want her daughter to work in media. Because, making a career in films is not easy. Later, Lamia moved to the United Kingdom to study economics. But, she found it difficult to concentrate on her studies, instead she was more attracted towards cinema.
Lamia Chaudhary said, “When I went to the United Kingdom, I told my mother that I would like to direct films. My mother at that time, after hearing about my interest in films, told me, 'First show me how serious you are, then we will think about it.' My mother’s words reassured me.”
