According to the information published on the website of the Meteorological Department on Sunday evening, even today the night temperature may drop slightly and fog will fall at midnight.
Apart from this, moderate to dense fog may occur in the northern region and river basins of the country by Tuesday morning.
During this period, light to moderate fog may occur in other parts of the country.
Meteorological Department meteorologist MD Umar Farooq told Prothom Alo on Monday that the temperature across the country may drop by 2 degrees Celsius from Monday.
