After hearing both the sides, the court approved Milton Samaddar's three-day remand.
Earlier on Wednesday night, Detective Branch (DB) of DMP had picked up Milton from Mirpur. Additional Commissioner Harun-Ya-Rashid held a press conference on Milton's arrest at the DB headquarters that night.
According to Milton, he established Child and Old Age Care in Mirpur which provided shelter to helpless children and the elderly. He recently purchased a land in Savar and built a permanent shelter there.
