Musk says higher-priced Twitter subscriptions won’t have ads

Twitter earns about 90 percent of its revenue from selling digital ads, and Musk recently blamed a “huge decline in revenue” to rights organizations that have pressured brands to stop their Twitter ads.

Earlier in December, Musk announced that Twitter’s basic blue tick would have half the number of ads and would offer a higher level of no ads by 2023.
