Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on Monday arrested two suspected members of the new terrorist group ‘Jamaatul Ansar Phil Hindal Sharqiya’ after a “shootout” at the Kutupalong Rohingya camp in Ukhia upazila of Cox’s Bazar.
Those arrested were identified as Ronobir, a shura member and head of the militant group’s armed wing, and his aide Bashar, a bomb-making expert.
