Citibank recently distributed crop seeds among marginal farmers of Bogura as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, a press release said.
The Bank, in association with a regional NGO, TMSS, distributed seeds of various crops among four hundred marginal farmers at Thengamara, Bogura. The distribution program was organized by TMSS at Bogura.
Mashroor Arefin, Managing Director and CEO of Citibank and Professor Hosne-Ara Begum, Executive Director of TMSS, among others, spoke during the event. The program was moderated by Sohrab Ali Khan, Deputy Executive Director, TMSS.
