Strict restrictions due to the Covid pandemic have been lifted recently. Though infection rate and the number of death per day due to the Indian variant is still alarming. The lifting of restrictions has paved the way to shooting for the first cyber-thriller of the country ‘Ontorjal’ which is the Bengali word for ‘Internet’.
Prominent director Diponkor Dipon is making this film. This director is known for his action film Dhaka Attack.
Actress and model Mim will be seen as an IT specialist in the film Ontorjal. Two young and talented actors Siam Ahmed and Sunerah Binte Kamal will be seen in this film. ICT division of government is backing the making of the film.
National film award winner Mim is delighted to perform in the film. She says it is starting normal life after a long lockdown break. The shooting is expected to end on 10th September.
