Mirza Fakhrul filed a bail petition in the High Court on Sunday.
The petition was placed at serial number 792 of the cause list of the high court and senior advocate Zainul Abedin along with advocate Sagir Hussain raised the issue in the court.
Sagir Hussain Leone informed Prothom Alo that after the presentation of the bail plea, the court has scheduled a hearing on Thursday at 11:00 am.
The case related to the attack on the Chief Justice’s residence was registered at Ramna Model Police Station on October 29.
