Public transports must be repaired and colored before T-20 world cup

T-20 world cupThe home ministry has issued a strict order to police to make sure that no old, unfit and discolored public transports do not plying on city roads during T-20 world cup. T-20 world cup cricket is scheduled to be started from 16th of March and government has taken various steps to enhance beauty of the city. As part of it government has issued an order to repair public transports before the world cup.

Traffic jam due to unfit public transports is a common scene in the capital. Everyday city dwellers are paying transport fair higher than the government approved rate but they are compelled to use unfit old transports. Authority has been ignoring public sufferings.

Now police is forcing transport owners to repair their transports. Government has banned transports older than twenty years in the capital few years ago. But many bus owners are not following this. Some bus owners are only coloring their old buses before the world cup. Some city dwellers fear that many bus owners will keep their buses off the road during the world cup to avoid police action and that may bring sufferings for commuters.
