22 Bangladeshis including 10 women got arrested by Indian police in Mumbai yesterday. They were arrested on charge of illegally staying in the country.
Indian police arrested them from Mohtha Gaon area. They worked as day labourers. They have been found without valid passport.
Arrangements have been made according to the Foreigners Act 1946 and Passport Act 1967.
Two agents were also been arrested by the Indian police in this connection.
They will be sent to Bangladesh in due process.
