Bangladesh has registered 17 new cases of Kovid-19 in a day, taking the total number of infections to 2,037,284.
The death toll from the disease remained unchanged at 29,440 in the 24-hour period, according to the latest government data released on Monday.
For a positivity rate of 0.72 per cent, 2,370 samples were tested across the country.
Dhaka reported the highest number of cases among the eight divisions with 16 infections.
