Cinema lovers from various educational institutions including Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University and Jagannath University participated in the festival. University students as well as cinema workers started gathering at Fuller Road from 3:30 in the afternoon. After completing the registration, they attended the master-class. The main discussion started at 3:45 pm.

In the beginning, Cineeuropa director Valerio Caruso gave the youth an idea of ​​European cinema. Joining the program virtually, she highlighted several topics like history of European cinema, revolution, precursors, revenue, number of women filmmakers and funding sources. Their discussion included topics such as the investments being made in television programming and how they are faring.

He connected Bangladeshi cinema with all this. During his discussion, he said that the European cinema industry is worth more than 120 billion euros (12,000 crores). He said, while the box office collection of theaters is declining from 2022, OTT is taking over the market.

At the end of the discussion, he advised Bangladeshi filmmakers to pitch their scripts to the European market for funding and work on joint production projects. At the conclusion of his discussion, he answered various questions from the participants. One of the participants asked what type of Bangladeshi stories presented to the European film market would increase their chances of getting funding? In response, he advised to present better stories based on the Bangladeshi context.
