Earlier on November 22, the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge court had rejected Mirza Fakhrul’s bail plea in the case, which was filed at the capital’s Ramna Model Police Station over the attack on the Chief Justice’s residence on October 29.
“Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir’s petition seeking bail has been filed in the high court, and the top court said they will include it in the cause list tomorrow, Monday,” lawyer Sagir Hussain Leone told Prothom Alo.
