Citibank has been participating with ADB under its TSCFP program as the issuing bank since 2016. ADB, under its TSCFP program, provides guarantees and trade loans to partner banks supporting international trade.
TSCFP works with 82 banks in ADB’s developing member countries in Asia and the Pacific. Under this program, 16 banks of Bangladesh are members of ADB.
