The Supreme Court on behalf of the Human Rights Foundation’s lawyer Syed Kabir Mohidul sent a legal notice to The Daily Prothom Alo to stop publishing especial test preparation for PSC and JSC creative answers question and sample questions. The Daily Prothom Alo was asked to reply within 2 weeks. The Ministry of Education Secretary, Home Secretary, Information Secretary, Law Secretary and the Deputy Police Commissioner of Kotwali Thana have been asked to take necessary steps in this regard. After sending a notice Mohidul Syed Kabir said, “Bangladesh has note-book (banned) laws, 1980. Prothom Alo constently break the law. There was said that creative sample question will be published soon, collect yourself and say to others. The creative sample of questions, whose answers have been printed on August 16, is quite contrary to the creative process.”
The Home Ministry was asked to withdraw all creative guide from the market, and the law ministry was asked to take measures to protect education.
