State Foreign Minister Mohammad Shahryar Alam has said that the absconding Rabiul Islam alias Aarav Khan has not yet been detained in Dubai.
He said this in his office on Tuesday evening in response to the questions of journalists.
Rabiul Islam fled the country after being accused in the murder of a police officer in Dhaka. He first fled to India and went to Dubai with an Indian passport as Aarav Khan. This absconding accused has become a big gold trader.
