Handicapped persons will get additional 15 minutes in the examination, including JSC (Junior School certificate) examination and JDC (Junior Dakhil Certificate) examination and in all other public examinations. The matter of appointing a scriber (person taking dictation) by the examinee also been discussed by the government. From now on both physically handicapped and cerebral palsy handicapped examinees will get the permission to appoint a scriber.
