A young man from the migrant Bangladeshi community in the US has been shot dead by the police in the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The Bangladesh Association of New England protested outside Cambridge City Hall on Thursday condemning the “brutal murder” of 20-year-old University of Massachusetts Amherst student Syed Faisal.
He described the death of Faisal, the only child in his family, as a “racist incident by white police officers”. “This is not acceptable in any sense,” the association said in a Facebook post.
