Everyone in that meeting felt that neither of the parties bargained as per the agreement. As per the contract, Ziaul Farooq Apoorva acted in nine plays and both parties have now agreed not to do the remaining plays under that contract.
In that case, the advance money that was paid to Apoorva for the remaining plays will be balanced by both the parties. It was also said that this incident is not embezzlement in any way, it is just a contractual complication. This entire matter happened due to lack of communication and coordination.
Notably, actor Ziaul Farooq Apoorva had signed a contract for 24 plays with production company Alpha Eye Studios Limited two years ago. Shahryar Shakeel is the managing director of the production company. According to the contract, Apoorva had to work three days every month and complete the shooting of the plays. The plays were scheduled to be completed in October last year.
